How much is shipping?
US shipping: $4.95 flat rate for standard shipping. Free standard shipping on orders over $40.
International shipping: $9.95 flat rate. Free shipping on orders over $150.
*Additional shipping charges may apply for orders over a certain weight.
How long does shipping take?
US orders: You should receive your order within 8 to 11 business days.
International orders: You should receive your order within 8 to 33 business days depending on your location.
All orders ship from California.
Please note all international orders require a physical street address and a phone number.
What happens if a shipment is lost?
We'll send you a replacement at no cost to you if tracking shows the package was lost, there is no movement on the order, or if the package is damaged. If tracking shows your order as delivered you will need to contact and place a claim with the carrier. We unfortunately cannot be held liable for products once delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
Returns Policy
Your order is custom printed for you so we do not currently process returns for a refund. We want to be sure you are satisfied with your purchase and will send you a replacement for any unsatisfactory items for the below reasons:
- The item you received is not what you ordered
- The item you received is defective/damaged
- The actual product you received is significantly different from the product presented on the site
An item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in order to be considered for a replacement. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.
We cannot approve replacement if:
- The item(s) is printed as ordered but you "changed your mind". All orders are custom printed for you.
- The request is not reviewed and approved by our team before you send any items back.
- The item(s) have been worn or washed.
- The item(s) have been altered in any way.
- The item(s) were a "Final Sale" during time periods such as Halloween, Christmas, Black Friday, etc. and/or utilized a promo code.
Please reach out to us at Support@SchnauzerTown.com with your order number, the email address used for the order, and photo(s) of the affected item(s) BEFORE sending back any merchandise.
We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with any additional shipping not covered in the initial purchase transaction.
